Field Day Activation

Below are a list of activities you requested as part of your Field Day activation. We believe we can provide all of these, although the list could be altered if needed based on your client’s preferences or stadium restrictions.

Tug Of War

The classic field day activity that pits teams against each other in a battle of strength, communication, and teamwork. Win or risk ending up face down in a pile of your teammates.
Lasso Contest

Compete against other participants and show them just how rodeo you truly are. Possibly learn how to properly throw and lasso a steer from an expert.
Potato Sack Race

Compete against others in a large race or possibly establish a course and time each participant and keep a leaderboard of the top three sack racers.
Hillbilly Horseshoes

A fun variation on the classic backyard game using toilet seats and plungers that could be an option if field restrictions prevent the more traditional shoes and stakes.
Multi Legged Race

Can be designed for 4, 5, or 6 people racing together. Each team would either race other teams or complete a timed obstacle course and a leaderboard is displayed of the top teams.
Egg Spoon Race

Participants can compete against each other or possibly complete a timed obstacle course and a leaderboard of the top finishers is displayed.
Corn Hole

The classic social backyard game. Can be offered as a casual walk-up competition or possibly set up as a tournament format with a champion team and medals.
Bouncy Horse Races

Can be set up as large races with multiple participants competing against each other, or as a timed obstacle course and a leaderboard is displayed with top finishers.

Flat Rate For Up To 600 People. Facilitated For The Event Duration (10am-4pm). Includes All Equipment, Staffing, Setup/Breakdown, Event Photos/Videos.

Charity Activation

Below are your preferred charitable activation options based on your goal of having participants build, assemble, or package something that can be donated. These also are able to be completed in a short amount of time so that participants get the feeling of contributing to a cause but will still have time to experience other activities around the stadium.

Teddy Bear Donation

Professional bear builders will lead your participants through a meaningful heart ceremony before placing the stuffed heart in the bear and stitching it closed. Participants can dress the bear in rodeo themed clothing and fill out the official birth certificate with the name of their choice. The bears will be donated to a local charity benefiting kids in need. Pricing includes 500 bears, staffing, rodeo clothing and accessories, bear mascot onsite for the duration of the event.

TEDDY BEAR CHARITY ACTIVATION PRICING

Facilitated For The Event Duration (10am-4pm). Includes 500 Bears, Rodeo Clothing and Accessories, Onsite Mascot, Staffing, Setup/Breakdown, Event Photos/Videos.

Animal Shelter Donation

Participants will work to make a dog bed, pull toy, and a cat scratch pad for donation to animal shelters around the area.

Professional onsite facilitators will guide participants through the assembly process. We will look into having a representative from a local shelter onsite, or possibly even a few animals. Pricing includes materials for 500 items, staffing, setup and breakdown.
