Below are a list of activities you requested as part of your Field Day activation. We believe we can provide all of these, although the list could be altered if needed based on your client’s preferences or stadium restrictions.

FIELD DAY ACTIVATION PRICING
$19,950
Flat Rate For Up To 600 People. Facilitated For The Event Duration (10am-4pm). Includes All Equipment, Staffing, Setup/Breakdown, Event Photos/Videos.
Charity Activation
Below are your preferred charitable activation options based on your goal of having participants build, assemble, or package something that can be donated. These also are able to be completed in a short amount of time so that participants get the feeling of contributing to a cause but will still have time to experience other activities around the stadium.
Teddy Bear Donation
Professional bear builders will lead your participants through a meaningful heart ceremony before placing the stuffed heart in the bear and stitching it closed. Participants can dress the bear in rodeo themed clothing and fill out the official birth certificate with the name of their choice. The bears will be donated to a local charity benefiting kids in need. Pricing includes 500 bears, staffing, rodeo clothing and accessories, bear mascot onsite for the duration of the event.

TEDDY BEAR CHARITY ACTIVATION PRICING

Facilitated For The Event Duration (10am-4pm). Includes 500 Bears, Rodeo Clothing and Accessories, Onsite Mascot, Staffing, Setup/Breakdown, Event Photos/Videos.
Animal Shelter Donation
Participants will work to make a dog bed, pull toy, and a cat scratch pad for donation to animal shelters around the area.
Professional onsite facilitators will guide participants through the assembly process. We will look into having a representative from a local shelter onsite, or possibly even a few animals. Pricing includes materials for 500 items, staffing, setup and breakdown.
