The PLUS Package gives your group full access to our interactive mobile app where teams will submit their challenges to our Live HQ throughout the event. The app allows participants to chat privately with their own team members, and talk some friendly smack amongst the other teams. You can sit back and relax because we’ll manage all of the teams in real-time, keep track of scores, and judge contests such as the “Best Picture Or Video Award”. Within minutes of the finish you’ll have full results for any post-race awards ceremony. We can also upload all of the epic content submitted by your group and provide it to you in a shared cloud folder.

How We Create Your Unique Experience.
First, we work closely with you to learn about your group and what your objectives are for the event. You can tell us the location you’d like to explore, or we can help you find the perfect spot. We then virtually scout the area, research the local culture, and contact nearby businesses and organizations to try and get them involved.
Over the past decade we have developed what we believe is the most immersive and engaging scavenger hunt model in the industry. We create a unique collection of fun and memorable challenges for your teams to attempt around the area, and incorporate “Connection Questions” for everyone to discuss along the way. Your group will leave the event with memories they’ll be talking about for months, tons of content on their devices, and feeling closer to one another than they ever have before.

How long does the experience last?
Because we custom build each hunt we can accommodate your schedule. We’ve had hunts last anywhere between one hour to multiple days. When someone asks us this question we usually say two hours is a sweet spot to give the group a really fulfilling experience while leaving them wanting more.
How much lead time do you need to create my experience?
We know it’s not easy to find the perfect event for your group so you may have discovered us early on in your search or with only days left. We tend to tell people that booking your event at least 2 weeks beforehand helps us create the best possible experience, but we have worked under all sorts of deadlines so don’t avoid contacting us if your event is sooner than that.
Can you create an experience for my preferred location?
The short answer is, yes. We’ve created fun hunts almost everywhere from shopping malls, to parks, to college campuses. The first question we may have you answer is whether you plan on having your group remain on foot or use transportation. If you’re still undecided about a location we typically recommend a town, city, or community that has a variety of businesses and amenities. If that place also has some historical relevance, even better. Contact us if you need some guidance, we are happy to help you search for or decide upon a great location.
What are the challenges like?
We build each hunt from scratch based on your group’s objectives and location so your experience will be completely different from anyone else’s. That being said, we tend to create challenges that we know will leave a lasting memory on your group. For example, maybe your event is near a military holiday so we have you find a veteran around the area and do push-ups or jumping jacks at their feet to honor their service. Or you’re a group of teachers and staying healthy is important so we have you each chew a clove of garlic for 15 seconds. Or we partner with a local candle boutique to host a blind smell test and your group has to identify the Philly Pretzel scent. We have created hundreds of challenges over the past decade that groups have loved, but it’s likely that when we scout your location our creative team will be inspired to come up with new ways to bring your group together.
