We have created a fun team-based competition for your Summer Associates group throughout the Back Bay area. It is designed to bring you closer together, get you to reflect upon your professional journey, and explore this historic area. DOWNLOAD THE EVENT APP

Please download the Bonfyre app if you have an Apple or Android device by clicking on one of the buttons below. This will enable you to engage with other group members and participate in the experience. It will also provide a direct line of communication between your team and our HQ.

When creating your Bonfyre account, please use the same email address that the briefing email was sent to. Please be aware that once you register a verification email will be sent to your email address. That email can sometimes take a few hours to arrive depending on your firewall settings, so check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. Leading up to your event you can log in and find two separate group chats added to your account. One for all teams in the event, and a private one for only your team members. Join both and start corresponding with our HQ and your other team members.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Leading Up To Event:

The days leading up to the start are a great time to engage with other group members within the app or come up with a fun team name. We encourage you to wear comfortable athletic attire and sneakers, if it is appropriate for the other group activities planned for that day. You may be participating in activities that are slightly active, traveling across a variety of surfaces, and could end up getting slightly sweaty/dirty/wet depending on the weather and the experiences you choose to be a part of.

Currently, it is forecasted to be in the low 80’s and cloudy with a chance of a rain shower at some point.

The Event:

By Thursday afternoon at 2:15pm your group should all gather in the Kirkland office and get ready to depart.

Right at the designated start time of 2:30pm our HQ will kick off the scavenger hunt style event through the Bonfyre app. Every team will receive the same list of challenges to complete around the area. Complete as many as possible, in any order, up until 4:30pm.

For some challenges we have partnered with local businesses so they may be labeled as “required” or have a designated time that you need to arrive. Plan accordingly and make sure to arrive on time. Figuring out which challenges to attempt as a team and where to complete them is a big part of the bonding experience so work together and make sure everyone is a part of the decision process.

After each challenge, submit the required picture or video to our HQ via the app for verification. Each challenge is worth one point unless otherwise noted in the description. We will be keeping track of every team’s score in real-time.

After The Event:

Right at 4:30pm the scavenger hunt portion of the event will end and the winning team can begin bragging! You will head back to the office to get cleaned up for the evening event.

We will then post a message in the app letting you know where to head next (via Uber). We will also post an encrypted number puzzle that your team will need to decipher along the way in order to reveal a 3-digit code. Upon arriving at the secret location both teams will need to come together and search for our Secret Agent to obtain a Top Secret item. In order to unlock that item (when told to do so) both teams will need to come together and use their 3-digit codes.
