First, we work closely with you to learn about your group and what your objectives are for the event. You can tell us the location you’d like to explore, or we can help you find the perfect spot. We then virtually scout the area, research the local culture, and contact nearby businesses and organizations to try and get them involved.

Over the past decade we have developed what we believe is the most immersive and engaging scavenger hunt model in the industry. We create a unique collection of fun and memorable challenges for your teams to attempt around the area, and incorporate “Connection Questions” for everyone to discuss along the way. Your group will leave the event with memories they’ll be talking about for months, tons of content on their devices, and feeling closer to one another than they ever have before.

The app allows participants to chat privately with their own team members, and talk some friendly smack amongst the other teams. You can sit back and relax because we’ll manage all of the teams in real-time, keep track of scores, and judge contests such as the “Best Picture Or Video Award”. Within minutes of the finish you’ll have full results for any post-race awards ceremony. We can also upload all of the epic content submitted by your group and provide it to you in a shared cloud folder.

High Energy Game Show

Blending equal parts "Family Feud," "Minute to Win It," "Not So Newly Wed," and a traditional trivia game -- this experience typically runs anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. 

Hosted by one of our dashing and hilarious Game Producers, and built on a robust technological platform, we will work with you to select the perfect blend of activities so your teams stay deeply engaged until the final scores are announced. Each team uses one mobile phone to access the game platform that works in perfect concert with the host and screen at the front of the room.

COMPETITIVE LAWN GAMES

DITCH THE TECH AND BRING BACK THAT CAMPY FEELING! During our Lawn Games, teams compete in a series of hilarious challenge stations. Think "Field Day" with a creative twist. Each station offers a different physical or mental challenge, sure to delight the athlete and non-athlete alike. Players may build towers out of spaghetti, use skateboards and plungers in a relay race, and play a host of more well-known classic camp-style games like potato sack races or tug-o-war. We have a list of time-tested games that will bring laughs and high-fives.

  • Three Handed Volleyball

    Teammates will pair up and have their hands tied together. Imagine a three-legged race, but with your arms and a big beach volleyball.

  • Skateboard Plunger Relay

    Each person races to the end of the course, turns around and returns to their team, where the next teammate takes over. The first team to have every player complete the course wins the race.

  • Speed Pictionary

    Teams battle each other in a fast paced version of the classic game. The team who correctly guesses the most clues in a given time period, wins.

  • Rubber Band Car Challenge

    Each team will receive one kit and have a few minutes to build their cars. The object is to build the car that travels the farthest powered only by three or fewer rubber bands.

  • Elephant March

    The contestant must swing their trunk (pantyhose with a ball in one leg) back and forth, using its momentum, to knock down bottles on the course.

  • Pirate Ball

    A wacky cross between kickball and cricket. Batters must run around their team members to earn runs, and the outfielders must form a line to get the ball from one place to another.

  • Giants Wizards and Elves

    A team-based rock paper scissors style battle royale! Each round, choose a team symbol and if your symbol beats the opponent then run to tag them before they get to the safe zone.

  • Blindfolded RC Challenge

    One blindfolded team member will drive an RC car through a course made up of their other teammates who are giving them verbal directions for getting the car through the course.

  • Bean Bag Slingshot

    Three people operate the slingshot and the rest of the team is in the field. Launch the bean bags and have team members catch the most bags within the time allotted.

  • Tic Tac Toe Relay

    A fast paced and strategic competition. Team members race to place their team’s bean bags on the game board and outwit their opponents to get three in a row.

  • Costume Relay

    Team members race through the course putting on and taking off oversized outfits attempting to outrace the competition. It’s a hilarious and insta-worthy experience.

  • Tug Of War

    The classic field day activity that pits teams against each other in a battle of strength, communication, and teamwork. Win or risk ending up face down in a pile of your teammates.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Can you solve a puzzle? Ever step outside of the box? Do you trust your teammate? We’re going to put your group through a series of adaptive challenges created to push your group. We want you to talk, plan, problem solve, and THINK your way through adversity.

This experience is bigger than water cooler gossip. It rises above individual need. As each challenge is attempted you’ll begin to see topics and trends within your smaller group that often indicate larger, company wide points that need further investigation.

You’ll be paired with facilitators that will help your group find applicable learning points you can take back to the office. This is KEY if you want to get full value from your team building experience. Without reflection and without finding the metaphor or parallels any team building event would be replaceable with something like bowling or an escape room.
