How We Create Your Unique Experience.

First, we work closely with you to learn about your group and what your objectives are for the event. You can tell us the location you’d like to explore, or we can help you find the perfect spot. We then virtually scout the area, research the local culture, and contact nearby businesses and organizations to try and get them involved.

Over the past decade we have developed what we believe is the most immersive and engaging scavenger hunt model in the industry. We create a unique collection of fun and memorable challenges for your teams to attempt around the area, and incorporate “Connection Questions” for everyone to discuss along the way. Your group will leave the event with memories they’ll be talking about for months, tons of content on their devices, and feeling closer to one another than they ever have before.

Nashville, Tennessee
Managers and staff that work for downtown boutique hotel. Objective is for employees to learn more about the surrounding neighborhood. Incorporate the theme from the week-long summit which was “in tune with”. Assist with booking post-event venue for food and drinks.

Annual corporate trip. Seeking a gamified way to immerse the group in the location and grow closer. Created a custom engagement experience using our mobile app and designed a scavenger hunt through town that involved building a whale boat with a local charity.
Stride Services

Leadership team visiting the city during a retreat. Objective is to grow closer and apply skills discussed during training sessions. Start at hotel in historic downtown area. Incorporate company’s 15 Principles and group member’s Enneagram numbers into the experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the experience last?

Because we custom build each hunt we can accommodate your schedule. We’ve had hunts last anywhere between one hour to multiple days. When someone asks us this question we usually say two hours is a sweet spot to give the group a really fulfilling experience while leaving them wanting more.

How much lead time do you need to create my experience?

We know it’s not easy to find the perfect event for your group so you may have discovered us early on in your search or with only days left. We tend to tell people that booking your event at least 2 weeks beforehand helps us create the best possible experience, but we have worked under all sorts of deadlines so don’t avoid contacting us if your event is sooner than that.

Can you create an experience for my preferred location?

The short answer is, yes. We’ve created fun hunts almost everywhere from shopping malls, to parks, to college campuses. The first question we may have you answer is whether you plan on having your group remain on foot or use transportation. If you’re still undecided about a location we typically recommend a town, city, or community that has a variety of businesses and amenities. If that place also has some historical relevance, even better. Contact us if you need some guidance, we are happy to help you search for or decide upon a great location.

What are the challenges like?

We build each hunt from scratch based on your group’s objectives and location so your experience will be completely different from anyone else’s. That being said, we tend to create challenges that we know will leave a lasting memory on your group. For example, maybe your event is near a military holiday so we have you find a veteran around the area and do push-ups or jumping jacks at their feet to honor their service. Or you’re a group of teachers and staying healthy is important so we have you each chew a clove of garlic for 15 seconds. Or we partner with a local candle boutique to host a blind smell test and your group has to identify the Philly Pretzel scent. We have created hundreds of challenges over the past decade that groups have loved, but it’s likely that when we scout your location our creative team will be inspired to come up with new ways to bring your group together.

CAMP BASICS

This ultra-competitive 2 hour team-based experience consists of a series of head-to-head challenges that test mental and physical strength, as well as teamwork and strategy. Referees award points at the end of each challenge.

THE GAMES
Landmine Labyrinth – Players must listen carefully to their team members as they scramble through a labyrinth of landmines, blindfolded. If a player steps on a landmine, they lose points.
Bobsled Racer – Teams build a bobsled with cardboard materials that can carry 1 person. Scoring is based on creative design, as well as if the bobsled can race a teammate during the competition without falling apart.
Monster Pong – Teams take turns throwing or bouncing their ball into the MONSTER PONG buckets to eliminate each of them before their opponent eliminates all of their buckets first.
Beach Towel Volleyball – Pairing in twos, team members hold an end of a beach towel to serve and launch a volleyball over the net to their opponents. Standard rules of volleyball apply.

THE VERDICT
Host announces how many points the teams have earned thus far.
The final game consists of either a point wager challenge or a relay race that calls on participants to use all of their strength, smarts and wits.
The winning team celebrates their victory as their flag stands safe and secure.
